At the early morning quayside fish markets we buy a wide variety of the fresh est fish landed that day. Our expert buyers chat to local skippers and select only the best fresh fish, from smaller boats wherever possible, many of which land their fresh fish catch direct to us overnight.
The day’s catch is loaded into our own refrigerated vehicles and rushed to our modern purpose built premises. Once there it is prepared to each customer’s specific requirements, packed and despatched the same day in chilled insulated boxes.
All of the fresh fish listed below are landed in various sizes and can be prepared to your own specific requirements, e.g. filleted, steaked, or scaled and gutted, ready prepared to serve whole.
