How To Place Your First Order
The good news is that we can send an order off to you as soon as you need it, today if you wish! Here is how to do it...
- Give us a call on 01726 861666 between 08.00 and 16.00 hours. If it’s out of hours, leave a message on our answer phone, fax us or send an email and we will call you back as soon as we can.
- We will advise on best buy’s, special offers and the day’s prices of fish.
- Tell us what fish you would like and how you like it prepared and packed.
- We will advise how and when you should receive your order.
- Tell us if you have any specific delivery instructions, or if you would like your order left in a specific place if you will not be available to take delivery personally.
- We can take payment by any of the major credit cards over the phone.
- We despatch your fish to you with a detailed and receipted invoice.
How To Open An Account With Us:
The process normally takes about a week, but we can shorten the time if your trade referees will speak to us over the telephone.
Please download our account application form and fax or email it back to us completed using the fax number printed on the bottom of the form. As soon as the process is complete we will telephone you to advise you when you will be able to use your new account.
